Call for Speakers & Technical Contributions

Get involved

Automotive Design & In‑Cabin Expo, part of Vehicle Tech Week North America, invites designers, engineers, UX leaders, and material innovators to contribute to a collaborative forum exploring how vehicle design is evolving toward 2030. We are seeking presentations that address the balance between bold exterior brand expression and aerodynamic performance, the growing role of lighting as a digital and safety interface, and the transformation of the cabin into a software‑defined, autonomous‑ready experience hub. Contributions are encouraged across sustainable materials, smart cockpit UX, AI‑enabled connectivity, wellness‑focused interiors, and advanced design and simulation tools. This track is designed to bring together creative and technical disciplines to share knowledge, exchange perspectives, and advance consumer‑centric vehicle design through collaboration.

SPEAKER REGISTRATION

Submission Guidance

We welcome proposals that showcase applied design and engineering work, cross‑functional collaboration, and practical insights from real programs. Submissions may include case studies, concept-to-production journeys, tooling and workflow innovations, material development, UX research, or lessons learned from integrating software, hardware, and user experience. Presentations should clearly communicate the design challenge, the solution approach, and the consumer or brand impact. If your work helps shape intuitive, sustainable, and emotionally resonant vehicle experiences, we encourage you to submit and join the shared conversation driving the next generation of automotive design.
