Terry Woychowski

Terry Woychowski began his career with General Motors immediately upon graduation from Michigan Technological University (MTU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering in 1978.
Terry had a highly successful career at General Motors, where he served for 12 years as the
Full-Size Truck Vehicle Chief Engineer, leading products that received numerous prestigious
industry awards. He later became the Global Vice President of Program Management,
responsible for the Vehicle Line Executives and Vehicle Chief Engineers across all GM vehicle
programs worldwide and subsequently served as Global Vice President of Quality and Vehicle
Launch.
He currently serves as President, Automotive at Caresoft Global. In this role, Terry leads
strategic initiatives to strengthen customer relationships, drive next-generation automotive
solutions, and mentor the company's global leadership team. His team of more than 100
subject matter experts has delivered over $3 billion in cost savings to global OEMs.
Throughout his career, Terry has served on numerous prestigious boards, including SAIC-GM
(SGM) in China, the Engineering Society of Detroit, where he served as President, and the
Board of Trustees of Michigan Technological University, where he served as Chairman. He also serves as Chairman of the Woychowski Charitable Foundation and is a Lifetime Trustee of the Rackham Foundation.
At Caresoft Global, Terry continues to play a strategic role in advancing automotive
innovation, strengthening customer partnerships, and accelerating the development of next-generation engineering solutions.
