Using a patented 3D thermoforming process, three precisely coordinated polypropylene (PP) film layers are formed into panels with a unique three-dimensional core structure, combining low weight with high stability.
Aircell® panels are used for load floors, side panels, spare-wheel and trunk covers, partition walls, and trunk liners, available in multiple thicknesses to match different load and space requirements. The panels are 100% recyclable, weather- and moisture-resistant, and resistant to corrosion and rot.
Surface finishes include custom colors, printing, anti-slip coating, and textile or fleece lamination, with open or sealed edges.
VACU-form combines German engineering precision with efficient, cost-conscious manufacturing, supplying OEMs and tier suppliers with lightweight, durable panel solutions for demanding automotive interior applications.
