Aircell® panels are available in types from 5/1500 up to 15/5000, covering a range of thicknesses and area weights to match different load and stability requirements.
Beyond the base panel, Aircell® offers further processing to customer specification:
- Cutting to size — panels cut to exact customer dimensions
- Grooving — creased lines for foldable, space-saving designs
- Punching — holes, cutouts, and handle openings
- Multi-color panels — different film colors combined within a single panel
- Custom printing — logos, markings, or branding printed directly onto the panel surface
Edges can be supplied open or sealed, and additional surface finishes — anti-slip (TPE) coating, or textile/foam/fleece lamination — are available on request.
All panels are made from polypropylene (PP) using Aircell's patented 3D thermoforming process, combining light weight with high stability, and are 100% recyclable.
